Parts Clerk (Anjou)

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers, both by phone and at the counter, for any parts-related needs;
  • Advising customers according to their needs;
  • Answering parts requests and finalizing sales;
  • Following-up on orders;
  • Searching for special parts from suppliers when needed;
  • Receiving merchandise and distributing it to the right locations;
  • Carrying out other related duties.

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism is essential, both oral and written (French and English);
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position, ideally acquired in the heavy vehicle or heavy machinery industry;
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics (an asset);
  • Comfortable with MS Office software and data entry;
  • Autonomy and team spirit;
  • Resourcefulness and organizational skills.
