Working conditions:

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, filter and direct telephone calls
  • Welcoming visitors and customers
  • Direct the interlocutors to the competent person or department
  • Process mail (receipt and distribution)
  • Respond to emails
  • Data entry (invoices) in the accounting system
  • Maintain various databases
  • Assist with invoicing
  • Manage office supply
  • Write, enter, layout, update documents such as letters, reports, administrative form, statistical tables
  • Classification of various documents
  • Responsible for internal postings
  • Responsible for the management of corporate clothing
  • Internal administrative support, as needed
  • All other related task.

Requirements:

  • DES completed
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Bilingualism written/spoken in French and in English essentiel, Spanish an asset
  • Strong skills for customer service, internal & external
  • Writing skills, an asset
