Responsibilities:
- Receive, filter and direct telephone calls
- Welcoming visitors and customers
- Direct the interlocutors to the competent person or department
- Process mail (receipt and distribution)
- Respond to emails
- Data entry (invoices) in the accounting system
- Maintain various databases
- Assist with invoicing
- Manage office supply
- Write, enter, layout, update documents such as letters, reports, administrative form, statistical tables
- Classification of various documents
- Responsible for internal postings
- Responsible for the management of corporate clothing
- Internal administrative support, as needed
- All other related task.
Requirements:
- DES completed
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Bilingualism written/spoken in French and in English essentiel, Spanish an asset
- Strong skills for customer service, internal & external
- Writing skills, an asset
